Return and Refund Policy

At UpsideDown Event Tents LLC and www.CheapMylarBags.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed products tailored to your unique specifications. Due to the nature of custom printing, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for any custom-printed materials, including Mylar bags.

Custom Products

No Refunds or Returns: Once production begins on a custom-printed product, all sales are final. This policy ensures that each order is produced specifically for you and cannot be resold or repurposed.

Proof Approval: Before production, we provide a digital proof for your review and approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct, including design, text, and specifications. Production will not begin until you provide written approval of the proof.

Exceptions for Defective Products

If you believe your product is defective or does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your claim and may, at our discretion:

Offer a replacement product.

Provide a credit for future purchases.

To initiate a review for defective products, please email us at info@upsidedowntents.com with the following:

Your order number.

Photos clearly showing the defect or issue.

A description of the problem.

Non-Custom Products

For non-custom items, refunds or returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The product must be unused and unopened.

A 15% restocking fee will apply.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please contact us at info@upsidedowntents.com to request a return authorization for non-custom items.
